Janice has been in the insurance business for more than 25 years, with experience in personal, commercial and financial products. Janice is the principal and managing operator of TRTW Insurance Services Inc. She holds her Canadian Risk Management, Chartered Insurance Professional and Canadian Certified Insurance Broker degree along with the General and Life licenses.

Griselda has over 30 years experience in both the personal and commercial insurance field. Her specialties also include liability, surety and contract bonding. Griselda is responsible for advising you on your commercial insurance requirements, as well as product development to meet those needs.

As an advisor for your personal insurance requirements, Valerie has over 15 years experience in the insurance industry.  Valerie has been employed on both the brokerage side and the company side of Insurance, this experience allows Valerie to have a unique and valued perspective when dealing with customer accounts.

Eileen has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years, working for a local insurance company.  She has also had experience in the brokerage side of the business as an administrative assistant.
